"My problem is w/ the lady who schedule appointments. She refused to schedule me after multiple back & forth. I had my boyfriend request an appointment because I felt she was just making excuses as to why she could not schedule me. He sent a request & immediately got a response back w/ some available dates. I don't understand why she wouldn't schedule me, unless I annoyed her w/ the multiple back & forth, but it was all valid, and not at all rude. I am highly disappointed & can explain the full story if needed."
