"I don't know what office these naysayers are talking about. But I've been going to first coast for 4 years. Before the death of my husband he and i both went due to his terminal illness. Following his death, and then a year later my youngest daughter's passing, i have remained a patient. Julie had ALWAYS been empathetic and professional. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe reacting to the tone of that persons voice. She has always been courteous to me and mine. The care from my PA, has been exemplary. Carla has a way with cutting thru the B S and getting to your resistant wall and taking it apart gently, until you understand. I honestly do not feel that I would have made it these last 4 years without the care and heartfelt warmth from this office and its employees. I recommend them without reservation."

"(To protect my privacy, I am not using my real name) I have not enjoyed my experience here from the beginning, but what made things worse was the receptionist or MA, Julie Matthews. I received an email from this name right after I got off the phone around 2:53pm on May 18th, 2022. I have only spoken with her once which I hope is the last time. Scheduling an appointment should be the least of our worries as most patients here struggle with many issues. Julie Matthews is rude, belligerent, condescending and very impatient. She cut me off on the phone before I tried to tell her that I need to schedule an appointment before I could get a refill on my medication. She raises her voice and says “MAAM, i have submitted the refill, would you like your appointment May or June?” Well Ms Julie if you hadn’t cut me off, you would know I need an appointment as soon as possible to get my medication. She also said “LADY you better tell me what you want to do”. Julie Matthews is bad for business. I am not sure who she thinks she is or what she was going through today. She seemed like she was having a bad day and putting it on me. I did stay patient and respectful to her the whole time. I feel Ms Julie needs a job away from the healthcare field. She is nasty and does not have the PATIENCE to assist PATIENTS."
