"Do NOT recommend. I’ve been on the schedule since October of last year for my son. In their defense, I missed some paper work and had to send it same day of appt. I got the zoom link at 2:47 but kept getting “incorrect password” messages and tried to call the office, by 2:53 I got ahold of them and they told me I’d have to reschedule because the doctor was gone for the day. So the doctor gives the parents 6 minutes to join the call or he will leave?? That seems extremely unprofessional, especially considering they are a behavioral office."

"Dr was unwilling to get traditional questionnaire from child’s teachers, completely unwilling to read any of my notes. Very dismissive. Worst psych experience we’ve ever had. Do better by your patients. The kids are the future."

"My therapist William Hughes was awesome. Unfortunately, I cannot see him anymore due to the billing office practices. 8 months after receiving services and believing my insurance had covered the sessions, and co-pays paid, and nothing ever said to me about any problems … for services I received in 2022, I have now in 2023 received a bill for over $1000. I’ve never had an unpaid or late bill in my life, so I called the office immediately to receive this information: “…with FL Blue it’s impossible for us to know if your session was really covered for 90 days, and we left a message on your voicemail in November 2022 for the sessions you received in August 2022. You didn’t seem to think it was important, so now in March of 2023 we are sending you your first bill” which is over $1000! They never mailed me any bill prior to when it reached over $1000? This is the most absurd practice I’ve ever heard of in my life and I can’t believe that no one at the office said anything to me. To just get a bill for over $1000 the year AFTER you think it’s all been handled by your insurance is outrageous. I would love to see my therapist again but I can’t because of the way this billing office operates. For a company dedicated to helping mental health they are CAUSING anxiety issues with their billing practices."

"My son had an evaluation done almost 2 months ago and till this day I still have not received his results. Dr. Said I should be receiving them within a week and it’s been almost 2 months and still nothing. I have called and they just give me the runaround stating someone will get back to me ASAP, 3 weeks later still no contact. I called back again and same story!!! Someone will get back to me ASAP, do I really have to wait another 2 months to call back or for a call back? Just ridiculous!!!!!"

"Just received a call that the appointment for my son scheduled for next week has been cancelled because of previous no-shows, and from the other reviews here this seems to be a pattern for them. My first cancellation was short notice due to a family situation - I don't recall exactly, but I asked to be rescheduled for another date and they were accommodating. It didn't seem to be a problem. On the rescheduled date I showed up to their office but the provider was out sick, and we had not been notified in advance. I was perturbed but I understand that mistakes happen and they are close to where we live, so I rescheduled again. Upon further checking my schedule I discovered that this new date conflicted with a procedure my wife was having, so (days in advance) I called again to reschedule and set a new date. Which brings me to today, the voice message they left me, and my call back to them to find out what the deal was as I have NEVER had a doctor's office EVER cancel an appointment because of too many no-shows. Seriously?? I guess they are established enough with their current patients to not have to worry about turning away new ones. That said, I got their message loud and clear and will be looking elsewhere."
