"This place doesn’t even deserve one star. Their therapist Fred McClendon is very rude an unprofessional. After I called and txt to notify I was not able to make my second appointment in time. He calls back very rudely and requested me to pay a fee any continue to tell me how horrible I was for not managing my time properly. After this I already had an appointment scheduled with their psychiatrist they call me a week early tell me the had an opening if I wanted to take it , I say yes but I’m under the assumption it at the same office where my initial appointment was scheduled for , but it wasn’t they fail to communicate this then continue to want to charge me a fee to reschedule the appointment .horrible place if u already have issue don’t go here they will make you worse ."
"I have never spoke with such an unprofessional person in my life, my mother sat an appt for my nephew and needed to reset the appt for personal reasons and the response was that was given and I quote" what is priority to you" as if my nephews well being was not a priority, who is this man to judge my mother's choice for the for needing to reset one appt. I can not believe the judgement my mother received during This so called professional, who want to take their child to someone like this, please reconsider before taking your loved ones here."
"just an fyi to anyone new trying to get in, here's my insight! I am 100% blown away!!! first of all!!! I called several WEEKS ago to set things up for my NINE year old to get the help he needs! when they finally answered the phone, they got all our information & told me it would take up to 48 hours... over a week later still NOTHING! I called a few more times(within a 2 week span) then finally they answer & I was finally able to set things up! my son was supposed to be seen today at 4pm. today, the day of the appointment(and this wasn't even an actual appointment) I had a family emergency, something way out of my control... I'm NOT thinking about calling someone other than family... Mcclendon, the man that my 9 year old son was supposed to see to help him, calls me very rudely telling me that "I" set this appointment up & that I should have called him, I apologized several times & he continued to be rude. I even brought it to his attention but he continued bashing me because I didnt call he had NO respect! he said, "I'm done" & hung up! I get it, they have other clients but have some kind of human decency & tell me you understand & we can just reschedule but no! this is not a loss on my end, just an eye opener! I don't want my 9 year old seeing someone that has no respect! as much as my son needs help, it will not be here!"
"I’ve been going here for about two years. If I’m gonna be honest the place isn’t ALWAYS the most professional when it comes timeliness and getting back to you. Which can be frustrating when you’re having problems with time sensitive things like medication. However, it’s is very affordable and I’ve never had a problem as far as customer service and kindness goes. I’ve been to many psychiatrist and therapist before I came here and many of them were rude and didn’t really listen well. It wasn’t till I came here and I started seeing Shanette (therapist) and Maddix (psychiatrist) that I got a diagnosis that finally felt right and medication that worked. Again. There are days I wait for hours (specifically the psychiatrist side) but honestly I just plan to wait for a while and schedule my appointments on a day off and bring something to do because I feel like it’s totally worth it! There’s also been a huge improvement on the office side of things. They’ve been a lot better at getting back to me and are super understanding."
