"Signed in, sat down for 20+ minutes to be called to the window to ask for my paperwork just to be told they didn't have enough tests to do what I needed done... was told to go to a different location. How about tell me at the window before wasting my time signing in and waiting. Will not be coming back to this location."

"While visiting LabCorp on Brannon Field Rd in Middleburg Florida, I had a discouraging experience with Linda. I specifically asked, was she having a bad day, and that apparently made her even more so angry she was aggressive with not only her tone, but her actions and she was the one taking blood from me. I just think if you’re in that line of work you should not represent yourself as hostel. This was not the first time I’ve been in that location and I’ve never had an experience with anyone else being negative. However, she has always come across as rude. This is not a one time occasion."

"Laverette took my blood panel. She was so friendly and very professional. I told her that it was hard to find veins on me and 98% of the times it hurts with most pulling in and out sticking me and not caring how it feels for me. I sometimes cry from the pain and feel that no sympathy is shown. She did an amazing job and it didn't hurt. I really appreciate when my concerns are taken into consideration."
