"I just received a call from Dr. Koti’s Office Manager. My daughter left a bad review about my treatment at this office. I am no wanted as a patient. They will provide services for another 30 days. His front office staff are the most unprofessional two ladies I have ever seen in my life. I had to reschedule five bone marrow biopsies due to their negligence. Always rude, ignorant and unprofessional. I am glad to have to never go back. My last six months have been living hell and they better be glad I did not test positive for Leukemia. If I had tested positive any treatment would have been about eight weeks delayed. Apparently, the front office staff got in trouble twice due to my case. They are still employed and I have no doctor or answers. Unbelievable!!"
