"Feel like the session was so transactional and I called to get some answers and the receptionist said she didn't know what to tell me. The Psychiatrist appt was a few minutes if asking questions about symptoms and then 'hey do you want to be on meds '. I thought there was more analyzing that happened before you decide to push meds. So because the answer was not sure if I want to start on meds right now, the response from the psychiatrist was" well call me when you want to start medication " I could have gogolged this and saved $50. Then when I called to get some answers to the experience the receptionist didn't want to help or escalate. I'm just mind boggled right now how is anyone supposed to know they need to be on meds after 20 minutes."

"Thriveworks is an absolute joke, my therapist didn't document my sessions correctly, and I was overcharged by $253. They owe me money, and my therapist takes forever to respond to any texts and emails. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They stole my money, and when I called to ask how to file an official complaint they ignored my question and hung up on me, and I'm NOT exaggerating that!!"

"Katryn Henry is a very good counselor so far. She is very comforting and very experienced in the multiple issues I'm dealing with such as grief, agoraphobia, bipolar and borderline personality disorders and addiction. And she was able to diagnose and is treating me to heal from being the daughter of a narcissistic mother which led to many of these issues. There's a lot of baggage to unpack and I'm hoping to zoom with her 3x a week if my insurance cover it. I really think she can help. And she's so kind and positive and empathetic"

"My first experience with Thriveworks was an excellent one! The registration and appointment process was shockingly easy and painless. The facility is located in a building shared with a large chain hotel and was a bit tricky to find but I asked the front desk at the hotel and they told me how to find it. The office is small but nice and I was impressed that it had a full coffee/tea/beverage bar available in the lobby. The therapist was understanding, patient, kind and went out her way to accommodate me, even though I made an error with the way the appointment was made. The first session was supposed to be just for intake, but it turned out to be a great kickoff as well. I am confident that I chose the right facility and the right person to help me and my family. Enthusiastic 5 stars!"

"Jason Weed is literally the most greatest therapists. he’s very sweet, he’s very blunt, compassionate and as well as caring. I like Jason the most because he helps with mental illness and shows his patients how to become more aware. He has helped me with a lot of stressful situations with inner child issues, as well as addictions. i highly recommend Jason Weed."
