"I’m training for all four of the Publix Gasparilla Distance Classic races in late February. It’s a 15k and 5k on Saturday, and a half marathon and 8k on Sunday. I was out on a 15 mile run a few weeks ago, and pulled a hamstring pretty bad. I went from 15 mile runs to a quarter mile hobble, and was wondering if I would need to defer my races a year.
