"I saw One of the Nurse Practitioner's who didn't see the Need to Address a Sleeping issue that's been a Psychiatric issue for past 6 years! Yet She wants a Sleep study, So here's what I will do Instead, I am going to Discontinue Services, Go back to the office that I was at Before Orrrrr Find Someone else that takes my Insurance, because I don't agree with that decision that was MADE. I MADE A CALL TO MY PSYCH CASE MGR, WHO IS ALSO TRYING TO KEEP ME OUT OF THE BAKER ACT FACILITIES. THEY, AS WELL AS NEUROLOGY AND PRIMARY CARE ARE AGREEING WITH THE INSURANCE THAT I DON'T NEED ANOTHER SLEEP STUDY"

"I was really looking forward to finally getting mental health and I waited 2 months for a therapy appointment for it to be cancelled a couple days before the appointment because the provider is now going on vacation, which should have been planned beforehand. The receptionist called me to reschedule and the next appointment is February 2024. Due to no fault of my own I have to wait 4 months for an appointment. Seeking mental health should never be this difficult."

"There not about helping you there about making money off you abuse of Medicare funds. It's there way or you receive no help. I was just there all I wanted was to get back on the meds I knew helped me nooooo they want me to do it there way. I suffer from migrains PTSD bipolar panic attacks suicidal tendency depressionI was left with no meds for any of theses. They will let you suffer."

"On my first visit there I was asked to come in early and was informed they would have enough time to get my evaluation done. Started my evaluation only to stop half way through it because their next appointment was there. When trying to schedule my next appointment I would have to wait 2 months to be seen again. When I went and spoke to my "therapist" and they heard everything that has happened to me told me that they will have to report this. Did not take into my account what I was there for and what I needed at that point and had me crying in tears due to the fact that they have to report it. Told me when I asked not to that they will have to consult their supervisor to determine the best course of action. I will not go back to that location or to that "therapist" worst thing that I ever did. It makes me not want to seek out help due to this experience."

"The absolute worst office I've ever come across in my entire life. I've called this trash office 6 or 7 times since March trying to get an appt for my son. No one ever answers. I've left voicemails every time. No call back. My son has ran out of his medicine yet again and the doc won't refill because "he needs an appt first". FINALLY get an appt today for October, ask for the refill, explain what happened, and get the run around. Still no meds. Either they need more staff or better management. Absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Jackson is great. The office staff needs a miracle."
