"I had such a great experience with Fyzical Metro in Fort Myers, FL. , but after moving to the Jacksonville area, I found Fyzical so difficult to deal with that I have to find a new physical therapy center. I already have 23 therapy sessions approved, by my insurance company, with Fyzical but they refuse to accept that. They say that there is no communication between Fyzical locations. They also refused to work with my doctor's office on getting a new authorization/referral. I am incredibly disappointed."

"My experience working with Joanna and Luize has been great. They are both incredible. They were crucial in getting me back to 100% after a recent broken leg. They helped push me to put in the work required to get better. They're great at keeping you accountable and setting goals for yourself. I honestly miss going twice a week just for the workout and because they are such a joy to be around. The office is in a great location. All of the office staff is super nice, and the hours are great. They were always very good at working with my busy schedule. Highly recommended if you are looking for a physical therapist."

"I heard about In Motion from a friend who had a knee replacement and had her rehabilitation with Dr Frantz. She had a fantastic experience and result. After I tore my meniscus and went to Jacksonville Orthopedic Institute, the doctor there prescribed physical therapy. I asked my doctor about in Motion, and he said they're great! I went for physical therapy and massage 3 times a week over the summer and into the fall. The results were fantastic, my leg is so much stronger and my walk so improved.
