"This company is horrible. I had an rbt over and my son would not stop being aggressive. We both tried to get him to stop and the rbt told him over and over if you don't stop I will leave. He kept it up and since the rbt kept saying that to him, I told her to leave. She left called her supervisor and after that your company decided without my consent to stop his aba therapy since I told the rbt to leave, saying that neither rbt felt comfortable coming into my house after that. I know for a 100% fact that is a lie, but noone will believe a word I say. The rbt it happened with had even texted me to say she still wanted to come for session on Wednesday but was waiting to hear if she could and than a few hours later I got told your company stopped his services for him without my consent. I will be going to every outlet I can to let everyone in Jacksonville know to not ever use your company and the BBB and my son's insurance company. FYI the supervisor should not come into the home and get the child who also has severe adhd rallied up and than leave for the parent to try and calm them down nor tell the parent they need.to change yea that dos not work with me. I will be calling to talk to the CEO and the COO of this company both of them. Y'all royally messed up my son and I am not happy at all. Now I have to find another company who does aba therapy in home....thanks appreciate it alot."
