"I was sent here from EAP and at first I had a wonderful therapist but she decided to quit after 4 sessions. I was told I’d have a new therapist who would be up to speed on our conversations. The first session I had with her, she was not prepared and around 5 min late every time for every session I had with her. So I spent the entire session basically starting over from square one. I asked the owner if something could be done financially because I wasted a free session and I was told no but the therapist would be up to speed by next appointment. A week later they cancelled my appointment without notification. In fact, I received a confirmation. I waited 15 min before calling in and I was told it’s because I didn’t pay my bill. I never received an invoice, phone call, message regarding a payment and the invoice was only a week old. Their only solution was to email me an invoice and to reschedule me on a day I couldn’t come in. I can only give a company so many allowances, patient care is low on their list, they only want your money."

"My therapist was wonderful but the billing practices are atrocious at best. I canceled appointments indefinitely as I took a new job but miraculously got charged for an appointment that was cancelled. I have been fighting with them for weeks without resolution. It turns out there is no communication with a turnover rate with the receptionists that is worse than a fast food joint. I have reached the point where I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and disputing the charge. Just atrocious!!!!"

"The counselors here are phenomenal. The front desk support not so much. I asked to to cancel 2 sessions due to me giving birth to my daughter. My entire schedule was removed. I would have not known if my therapist hadn’t reached out to me. I called to get us back on the books. My son and I both attended. When calling to make an appointment: My schedule wasn’t really taken into consideration at all. I was told we needed to be back on the books by a certain date or we would be dropped. This caused me to book at a time that was inconvenient for us. I completely forgot with having a newborn and was charged $135. I called and explained and was told nothing could be done. I was like, okay. Atp we were booked for at least a month in advance. I was livid and said that I was done then but I went back. I loved my therapist & the progress my son and I were making. The next incident, my uncle passed away I was at the hospital with family saying our goodbyes. Of course my session was the last thing on my mind. Another $135. This took place a year ago. Here I was getting ready to give them another try until I read these reviews. Again, it’s not the counselors, they are AMAZING!"
