Reviews
"I am not sure what the above negative review is even about. Not every patient is the right fit for every therapist. I am sorry that this reviewer did not get to experience how wonderful a therapist Londa is.During these difficult times, therapists are super busy, and I am very grateful to work with Londa . My standards are quite high, I work in healthcare and can honestly say I have only positives to report. I have felt the highest level of safety and comfort. Treatment invites curiosity and compassion. If you are seeking to find " your answer" and help I highly recommend this practice."
"Reaching out for help is difficult for a lot of us, so when you cannot follow through on basic commitments, it is incredibly disappointing and frustrating. We set up a consultation for 9am. Right before, I am told that a patient took that spot and we could do 8:30am or 12pm instead. Sure, things happen in life...no problem. 8:30am comes the next morning and no phone call. I wait ten minutes and I finally move on, accepting I'm not getting a phone call. Well, I do finally get one, albeit late and by the time I check it, it's past 9am when they would be with their patient. I am left a voicemail saying that they had to bring their kid to school, which is interesting since that's a pretty routine commitment that doesn't come out of nowhere and there are cell phones these days to communicate that you'll be running late. I decide to call again a little past noon, thinking I could catch them on the other time they provided. No answer, so I leave a voicemail. I also left them an email. Three days later, and not so much as an email or a call back. Not only is this not the right counselor for me, but how can you rightfully say you want to treat and help patients with behavioral health when you cannot follow through with basic life commitments? The lack of communication was awful, if not downright insulting. I've found a new therapist, one who actually values my mental health and can be bothered to call me and respond to me. My hope is that they do not pull this with someone who REALLY needs the help and is close to a breaking point."
