"Hands down the worst service. The therapist charged me a different fee every time and it was usually 200 or more for 1 hour a week of her just talking about herself. Any time she said she'd email me materials to help me with coping or exercises for anxiety etc... she never did. She literally talked about herself the whole 4 weeks I was seeing her. They took out over 600 bucks in 1 month. And now say I owe over 500. For what!?! I'm constantly being harassed. Do nit utilize this program. It's absolutely trash."
"Terrible experience - not sharing personal details and it had nothing to do with billing, cancellations, etc. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Could not be more disappointed in my experience with Ricky Thompson. Highly recommend NOT using Thriveworks."
"Ann Taylor was very nice but unfortunately I had to cancel any future appointments because they were trying to hit my credit card for 650.00, my Co pay was only 10.00 Extremely disappointed, I was seeking help because my friend and roommate committed suicide. So not only dealing with that they were trying to scam me out of my money. My insurance company is the one that refer me to this scam place, so I knew for a fact that I was covered by them. Do not give them your credit card, debit. Would never recommend."
"I was directed to Thriveworks through Florida Blue. I've had a positive experience overall. The intake process was straightforward, and there is regular, effective digital communication. Any issues that arose initially were handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them."
"I would give zero stars if I could. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. First off my therapist Juanita had her laptop open for every session, not taking notes on me or anything, not sure what she was doing but it wasn’t paying attention to me because every time I came back it was as if she didn’t know who I was or what we spoke about last time. Secondly, I am being repeatedly charged for a no show fee when I never no showed. In our session before my vacation Juanita and I discussed the schedule, I was going to be away the next week and then her the following week. We had clear communication as to when I was going to come back. But it seems the system took it as a no show fee anyway. In total they have charged me four times $135 in separate occasions. Initially I had called and explained the situation that the two weeks I missed we were both unavailable and I was told it would be taken care of the the charges reversed. I decided to stop seeing this therapist and try and find a new one, I removed my credit card from the system and asked they close my account. Upon reviewing my credit card statement I saw another $135 charge still on my account, and I was getting texts saying I had a statement of another $135 owed!! I called again to see what was going on and was told that those charges are going to stand because they apparently spoke with the therapist (Juanita Bruno) and she had said I no showed. I NEVER no showed!! This whole situation is utterly disgusting to me, that a mental health patient would be treated this way with multiple wrong charges and now they will not fix it. I would not recommend anyone use this company unless you want them to not listen to you and run your credit card through the roof."
