"This place is THE BEST place that I have EVER been to. I have tried other centers around, but this one is truly the best. I was thinking about my time and helped that I received and was curious about what the reviews were on Google. I truly don't understand the negative reviews. I have had many sessions with both of the counselors here and I will say that they saved me from death. The only thing that I received was love and kindness. I felt safe with both of them. I actually looked forward to seeing them weekly! I have never felt judgment or pushed to do anything I didn't feel was right. They always took one step at a time with me. Each have a different approach, but both allowed me to understand the truth. They provided me with direction and understanding. If you are looking for a center that provides love, care, and a safe place, I would recommend no other place than Professional Christian Counseling."

"I went to this place because my mother did not look into it and saw that it was convenient and cheap so we went. The woman I spoke to told me to take drugs to calm myself and help with my frustration. I feel that when I spoke to her I learned more about her than I did myself. I hope that people read this review and consider another facility for counseling."

"I selected this location based on google reviews. I had one session. The counselor met with me first for a few moments, asked one question and failed to listen when I began response. She then took my family member back and spoke with them. During that session she made judgmental statements about myself and another member of the family (one she had never met with). I felt it was necessary to speak with her again to gain some insight and clarification about the situation and statements, in case there had been a misunderstanding. I called and left 3 voicemails, and 2 personal messages with the administrator. I did finally receive a call back, but not from the counselor. I do not feel biblical principals were utilized or applied during our brief encounter. I will not be continuing service at this location and would recommend families also avoid this provider."
