"This facility is by far the worst one I ever experienced. From the none organization to the sorry workers. The front desk people are very unprofessional and uneducated. From the time my kids started here about three months ago Fred was their therapist. The absolute worst. He had me coming up here after just to not even speak to my children. I immediately told their psychiatrist and stop their visits. Then their psychiatrist puts them on medication that could ever be refilled properly and the front desk couldn’t ever help with. Spoke with the so call owner who wasn’t any better. Overall if I could give them a 0 I would. So much time wasted with this place. Nothing but people committing insurance fraud here. Don’t waste your time by coming."

"Ricky the office manager is horrible. They canceled the refills of my daughter's medicine because I have a bill with the office. It is not safe for these kids to be put on medication and then it be taken right out from under them!!!"

"All 3 of my kids go here. Ms. Williams, Mr. Fred and Donita Jones are absolutely wonderful! Office staff are great too! Do Avoid scheduling with Dr. TRUOG! Unprofessional with her scheduling and then she cancels you as you sit and wait over 30 min on Zoom."

"Apparently you can’t see patients if the internet is down. Was left waiting for an hour past my appointment even after asking what the issue was. I was told they record everything on the internet and appointments are taking longer because the Dr doesn’t write notes. And I had to pull this info out of the girls at reception, they were not telling anyone waiting what was wrong. They didn’t offer to reschedule saying they were trying not to. Terrible customer experience. This was a first appointment that never took place, and would never recommend to someone. If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional"
