"I have been going to this practice ever since I moved to Florida nine years ago. I am appalled at the way that I have been treated within the last year by not only Cruikshank herself, but other providers working in her practice. I spoke to Cruikshank herself in the middle of an anxiety attack yesterday , and she told me I was “bauking” For A refill on my medication and that she really had to go because she had a meeting to get to. I was discarded by multiple of her providers, and I am disgusted at how I have been treated. You had asked me three years ago if I recommended her practice, I would absolutely say yes. Now? I would Recommend going to find a provider that actually cares about Your mental health, as well as physical. It is so important nowadays that we take care of our people and make sure they are OK and this practice absolutely does not do that Anymore."

"So...I got covid! My hubby tested positive, day later I did. Called "my dr" before 9am and said they will call me back I have to call back at 2pm , and whoever answered sd oh yeah! They sent the prescription. I'm inmune compromised, and I was calling about a cold; its COVID!.
