"Total therapy is the best therapy company by far. I was referred to them thru early steps and boy am I glad we were placed together. The staff is nothing but friendly and curious. My son is immune deficient and they were very good about respecting our wishes. My son was first assigned to Aeryn who is the most understanding, respectful and loving individual I have had the pleasure of meeting. We communicated beautiful very responsive to my concerns and most of all amazing at getting my son to warm up to her. Then when she went on maternity leave it was such a smooth transition to Mrs Jenny. Another amazing individual she knew exactly what my son needed and how to get him to respond and cooperate a majority of the time. My son has trouble with new people and change but they both handled it like pros. They were always available to discuss any concerns or questions I may have had. Total therapy is amazing and they have a rock solid crew that is amazing and love what they do. It really shows that they do what they love and love what they do. If I ever had to recommend someone it would definitely be them."

"My family had the pleasure of working with the Staff of Total Therapy through Early Steps, and I have to say, I wouldn’t have traded one second. We met Marlena, my sons speech therapist in January and we’re blessed with 10 months of love and and dedication to his development! At the beginning of our time together my two year old could speak less than a hand full of words, had a small amount of comprehension of phrases and seemed a little disconnected. As any parent would, I prayed for his development, not knowing what I was doing wrong, nor what difficulties he was facing, that I didn’t have the knowledge to tackle. I plead to any parent with a child either expected to be on the spectrum, or maybe just a few steps behind, call Early Steps, call Total Therapy, ask for Marlena, you won’t be disappointed. My bright eyed 3 year old can now sing more than 20 songs, can identify more than 20 animals along with what sounds they make, counts to 20 on his own, knows his ABCs, is saying 2 and 3 word phrases, responds to his name, will follow direction, it makes me emotional just writing this.
