"Review Update: Review is a zero out of 5… but had to choose one of the 5… I now understand what all the other patients have been writing about. The office staff is nice and caring when everything is smooth and things work great. The second that a patient has a struggle or is having a bad day, they turn into the absolutely worst human beings on the earth. They could easily make a patient become suicidal and/or homicidal the way they treat the doctors patients. This is sad because I really loved seeing Dr. Patel and felt that I was actually making an improvement… but I refuse to allow myself to be stressed because two office staffers live a miserable life. I have new insurance and never received the card. The staff claims they cannot look it up in the system and unable to call to retrieve the information that is required. Their answer is to reschedule or pay out of pocket. Well, I have insurance and the ladies get paid to do a job, part of that job is to file insurance claims and help their patients. But they are lazy and miserable individuals. When I mentioned how my primary care doctor staff looked it up within seconds, and inquired why they cannot. Then said, I guess they have the most updated version. The girl got angry and said, goodbye… what? Goodbye because I asked a question and was sarcastic? I hope Dr Patel reads this. You need to end the relationship with your two office ladies and get ones who are familiar with and able to work with patients who struggle with their mental health. I love life to much and love people to much to hurt myself or others. But man, they really pissed me off that if I hated life so much and was suicidal, their behavior would have pushed me over the edge I think. It’s a sad day when you feel worst leaving your psychiatrist office then what you did when you went in. In this case, it is factual. Dr Patel is losing another patient because of these ladies. How sad… If you are reading this. If you have severe mental health struggles, do NOT come here; the staff is absolutely horrible and do not have the proper people skills to deal with people who are struggling or has any type of insurance issues. Stay away!!! I promise you; I am forgiving and can handle miserable people, generally. But these two, they almost pushed me to have a bad day. How freaking sad! Today is a sad day,, to make matters worst; I have been struggling this year with my granny passing and was going to request an increase to my medication or an additional medication to help. But, guess I’ll go without the additional medication help and guess I will not be getting refills. This means no psych meds for probably at least 30 days. **************** This below is was my first visit when it was a simple day for the ladies. It was check-in and pay, then see the doc. They were sweet.. but today they showed their true colors… and I am showing mine. Writing a review instead of showing my backside… that’s a huge improvement for me… honestly it is… The staff is kind, respectful, and patient. Dr. Patel, is absolutely amazing! Great listener, soft spoken, and respectful! I’m glad I have found this practice. Dr Patel asked questions that most providers did not. It was refreshing that Dr Patel didn’t try to modify my medications that I am currently on. He didn’t push meds to me. He actually cares and listen. 10 out of 10 for sure!"

"Absolutely incredible experience as a new established patient with an extensive psych history. Dr. Patel had great bedside manner. He knew my husbands prior providers and inpatient facilities. He was knowledgeable yet listened and was relateable..young...made us comfortable..my husband didnt feel judged as a christian or prior criminal past over 15 years ago or homeless VET.we are super excited with the new office and new established care."

"The receptionist is beyond RUDE she answers the phone like you are inconveniencing her and has the nastiest attitude this is awful especially for a mental health clinic. She should probably find a different job that doesn't involve customer service"

"I can only speak of my first visit. Dr. Patel asked me more questions about my situation than I've been asked in years. Unlike the last practice I was at, I felt like he actually cared and wanted to find ways to help me feel comfort in my own skin. I have been struggling and needed his fresh look at my medication. I really need counseling and he said they were working on getting one. I was very nervous going to a new place but I feel I found a good place. He said he wanted to see me again in 2 weeks to check on me. I felt like he really cared. For me that was a huge difference."
