"I am furious with how my partner was treated and as far as I can tell was lied to about why the doctor wouldn't see them anymore. The doctor has outright forgotten about my partners appointments on at least one occasion and claims my partner missed an appointment and ignored her phone calls while we have no record of either the appointment being scheduled or of any attempts at contact. She didn't even try the emergency contacts, which I think says a lot about how seriously she takes her patients safety. Also, she put my partner in a bad position by having them call my doctor causing my doctors to question her credentials and judgment. I almost called to complain but I realized there's no point with somone like that"
"Lovely and very kind lady, she's great if you prefer people who don't sit behind a computer and just read questions off a script. She talks from her experiences and she does have a lot. I can just tell she actually cares. I have been seeing her for a while and she has greatly helped me (and I am sure many others). She's just overall a great person and therapist, really nothing negative I could say about her."
