"I received a return call from Stefanie (founder/owner) for an appointment. She was going to schedule me with Dr. Conrad & i told her i would prefer a female (most of the men in my life have abused me) she seemed a bit snarky and said well i can schedule you with Dr. Thibodeaux but her schedule is busy that's why we hired Dr. Conrad. I apologized (which i shouldn't have had to) I was scheduled with Dr. Thibodeaux 10:00 a.m. I go to the appointment not knowing the office is in the back of the building so i ran about 3-5 minutes late for my appointment. I go into the office to "check in", and there is no person to greet you or to check you in. It's just a waiting room with the door locked and a camera aimed at the front door. There was a gentleman waiting and Dr Thibodeaux comes out and gets him for his appointment. I'm wondering how someone has an appointment with the same Dr. and time as me. I wait their until about 10:30 and nobody came out to get me and like i said it's just a locked unattended waiting room with a camera. A very cold and uninviting environment to say the least. If nobody wasn't going to see me because i arrived 5 minutes late it would have been nice for someone to come out and say so. I even called the office and left a message about my appointment and never even received a return call to reschedule or anything. This was my first experience and first impression needless to say I wont be back."
