"Completely unprofessional . My wife contacted this facility and I agreed to pay for an initial consultation, even though we had two previous counselors give us their recommendations. On the initial consultation, they force you to sign an automatic debit agreement, and this should’ve been my first red flag. On that first phone call, they informed me that the next step is for my wife and I to take a survey, and then there are several more steps before they give us any recommendations. at that time, I told Mindy that I would have to ponder this seeing as though we had been through this twice, and it might be redundant. I expressed that I didn’t think the result would be any different and I would have to think about it. Mindy said “in the meantime I’ll send you the survey“. I called the next day and said I was not going to go through with it again, that from the plan she recommended we would spend at least $3000 before we got one recommendation. I told her that I felt it would be a waste of money given that this would be our third time. I also explained to her that when she sent the survey they had automatically deducted another large fee, and I would like it returned. She said “because the survey had been emailed, it doesn’t matter whether they went over it or not, I could not get my money refunded“ What a joke. They are professional, bilkers nothing more. Do not sign the automatic payment, if I had the time and the energy I would’ve sued them and won. But with that agreement, the onus is on you. I suggested that when I told her I was unsure the night before that she should have let me know I would be charged when she said she would email the survey. I suspect she didn’t because she knew I would’ve said not to. Completely unprofessional"
