"I went to AdventHealth Imaging at Victoria Medical Park Thursday morning for a chest x-ray. It is Monday afternoon and no results yet. I phoned the imaging center and was told it could take 3-5 business days. I understand it was not ordered stat and it wasn’t done as an inpatient, however I feel 3-5 business days is pretty unreasonable."

"I was nervous because of the bad reviews i saw on here, but for my first time the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The appointment was super quick."

"went there for a xray of my neck but they didnt bother reading the order and took an xray of my pelvis. this is unacceptable regina at the front desk messed up my order that i handed her from my dr. she never was apoligized or anything for messing this up and she was kinda rude when i asked for her name.ended up going back for a second time because she didnt do her job and read the order that i gave her. going to look into legal action. this again is unacceptable"

"I have to say I was very surprised and extremely grateful and happy. I went for a second mammogram and ultrasound and thought I would have to wait 2 weeks for the results and to my delightful surprise there was a doctor there that looked at them right away within 40 minutes I got a mammogram an ultrasound and a doctor looked over the results of one breast that came back problematic my first mammogram so of course I was scared and found out that everything was fine. I couldn't imagine waiting 2 weeks for results like that. I am so grateful I have never heard of an Imaging Center that has a doctor right there that can go over your tests results right away let alone in less than an hour tests and results.. I will always go to the deland location... the staff from the time I signed in to the techs who did the tests to Kari telling me the results were all extremely nice"

"I had the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of medical visit. I showed up on time for my first ever mammogram. I was already nervous for my appointment and Natalya, at the front desk, made my experience absolutely horrible. She waited 10 minutes to greet me at the window while she stared at her computer. Once i was greeted with “what’s your name” she told me i was late for my appointment. I explained that i wasn’t and i was here at my scheduled time. For the next 5 minutes she decided to roll her eyes, and go back and forth about how i was late and they probably can’t see me now. She finally went and asked the tech and the tech said yes, she can see me. I was handed paperwork to fill out. Once i sat down to fill it out, Natalya asked me to come back to the desk two separate times to ask me questions. Once that was resolved and i sat back down, she yelled across the room (with other patients in it) asking if i had my referral. I said no, i thought you guys did. She said “you need to call your doctor and get the referral because they won’t answer me”. The other 3 women in the waiting room looked at me and said “poor thing, I’m so sorry they are treating you this way. I promise it will be okay”. By that point, I’d had enough and asked if could reschedule my appointment. I didn’t have time to do their job because i had to get to mine. Natalya threw a card under the window and said “call them to reschedule” and walked away. I walked out of that office in tears. I will never, ever go there again for imaging. I truly hope i was the only person she has treated that way because my heart breaks for any sick patients that have to come in contact with Natalya and have the same experience."
