"Would give no stars if it were an option. MRI tech has no concern for patient care! Completed all paperwork, including payment online. I was 6 minutes late for my appointment and was turned away by the tech. Knowing, had I not completed ahead of time, I would have been sitting there over 10 minutes completing paperwork. As a healthcare provider, I would NEVER turn a patient away for being 6 minutes late. I even spoke with the office manager, just to be told she didn't have the authority to make the tech do her job. I will not return and don't recommend this location. I went to NSB location by I-95, excellent care!"
"My appointment was at 8:15 am for bone scan and mammo. I WAS DONE at 8:55. The tech who did my procedures was friendly, knowledgeable and down to business. Of all the mammo I’ve had, this was the quickest and least painful. I recommend this place to anyone. I give it 100."
"Had me fill out medical history 6 times in 2 weeks. If you can’t keep track and make me fill it out online and at each appointment maybe I should go elsewhere because you’re incompetent. Front desk person is extremely rude and condescending."
"The staff is kind and professional-5 stars but the billing has been messed up 3 out of 4 annual mammogram visits. Last year, I was told it was the misspelling of my last name, then it was my first name that was misspelled, then I was told Medicare denied coverage (I was 52) and finally my insurance was properly billed and I owed nothing because it’s preventative."
"Showed up early, filled out redundant paperwork & waited... 15 min after my appointment time the tech comes out to the waiting room & asks if I drank at least 32 oz of water...No, was I supposed to. Yes. So after I did it's wait another hour to do the scan. BTW they called 3 times in less than 8 hrs to make sure they were getting their copay up front. No one ever mentioned anything about drinking water. So I lost a half day because nobody in this chain of squirrels could tell this. The tech knew I was there but no one in the facility ever checked to see if I had drank enough water. To hank god it wasn't open heart surgery"
