"This tastes so, so awesome!!! Can you smell the smoky, salty, grilled. chicken goodness. Plus smooth, hot black beans with sweet plantains... hmmm so good. Dark green is the spicy verde sauce. Light green is tarty, tasty cucumber sauce. We got half chicken meal and split for two. Be back! Welcome to Pensacola!"

"What to say? This was a wonderful surprise that I found while going through Pensacola. They serve Peruvian charcoal chicken; it was moist, tender, and juicy. The potato salad was equally as delicious, and the pickled onions were excellent. Large portion size. Great selection of drinks. Will definitely be going back."

"Nandos has no chance in Pensacola with Mr. Pollo ruling the roost. The chicken is fantastic: great crispy skin, well seasoned, and juicy. The plantains are a great side option and the beans and rice are the best I've ever had. Don't forget to try the desserts as well. The alfajores are a better rendition of shortbread cookies and more people need to know about them."

"After hearing amazing things I decided to stop by as they have a very convenient location, rather limited parking I will say though. I ordered the chicken, the chicken itself is very bland, I’ll say it wasn’t overly dry. The sauces are okay, nothing amazing though. The Macaroni and Cheese is very poor. I can’t say I’ve ever had anything like it. The potato salad was medium too. I thought maybe they just had an off day, and after continuing hearing good things; I figured I’d give them a second chance. I ordered the chicken again, but decided to swap the potato salad for coleslaw. It was a mistake. Ultimately after two meals; they have yet to impress me. I would say expect mediocre food at best from here. I’m not really sure what all the hype is about. It’s safe to say this was the last visit for me."

"The food is really good. I ordered the Crema de Pollo soup. It was so good and had a lot of flavor. My husband enjoys the chicken rice bowl. The food is fresh and my husband appreciates the seasoned pico. I can't wait to try some of the other items on the food menu. They also have bottled beer for purchase."
