"When I was here, some of you guys were jumping to conclusions on me and other kids with autism! You guys are only nice when you see them behave but when their sad or mad, you don’t bother checking up with them, you just forced the kids, to do what you want like: sitting them up, grabbing them, and look uncaring. I get you’re trying to help kids with autism but they have feelings too you know, be cautious of that! Don’t tick them off and assume they’re not doing what you ask, I was one of those kids and I didn’t stand up for myself, think about it! Think about those kid’s feelings and my feelings, don’t look uncaring and forcing them to do what you say, then they’ll think you’re bullying them! So workers, don’t treat us like children and don’t criticize us for nothing and don’t wait for us to stop crying just you minds be more considerate others understand? Forgive me for saying all of this, but please respect the kids with autism like real humans beings, and do not look uncaring, your ways don’t work so well."

"I called to inquire about services for my child. The guy on the phone sounded like a used car salesman who didn't have a lot of information and felt like I was getting the "let me talk to my manager" spiel. Don't call if you have a kid over 8 yrs old. I was told not sure if we can help because of how the program works and there's a 6 month waiting list. OK, so dont put we up to 10 yrs old on the website then. I knew I shouldn't have called (heard bad things years ago) but figured things would have changed over the years. Nope. Still shady and regimented and whack. Good luck!"
