"Called this morning 10/23 trying to make an appointment for a CT Scan and an X-ray ordered from my neurosurgeon and Sue said I would have to physically come in with my orders just to make an appointment because it was an outside order and I’ve never been there. Currently I can’t even drive and my spouse drives me to all appointments. Only reason I called here is because Akumin services are down. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering they want an immobilized person to come in just to schedule an appointment."

"Just had my first mammogram done and it was a very positive experience. The nurse that helped me was an older lady that explained everything to me. I felt knowledgeable and not the least bit apprehensive."

"This is the worst example of any health clinic front desk. If I was able to rate in negatives, it would be a -5. Meagan, the front desk for checking in patient has a horrible attitude. My appoint was at 8:30am. I started the conversation with "Good morning!" She scowled at me and told me to "Hold on!". After waiting a while I decided to take a seat. As soon as I did she said condescendingly "HERE?" and pointed to the desk. This happened a few times. With no communication I assume I'm supposed to sit and wait. When asking about insurance she rolled her eyes. Even after preparing paperwork and paying for my visit she never said a full sentence. Scoffing and eye rolling continued. I don't understand why having a customer is an inconvenience.There needs to be training on proper etiquette on how to speak to others. Regardless of personal life, customers don't deserve to be a casualty of your emotions. I'm disappointed in my visit."
