"Came here for an ultrasound. It's one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. In particular, the ultrasound specialist is rude as hell. I hope she gets replaced by someone nicer. Also, one of the receptionists is mean. Not worth a single penny I paid. Do not come here. I do not recommend this place."

"Terrible company. Had an ultrasound scheduled and they cancelled the appointment 5 days before, when I called to reschedule they didn’t have any openings until 4 weeks later unless I was willing to drive 1hour and 30 minutes away. I drove the hour and 30 mins so they could tell me that the company had been hacked and all of the clients personal information was at risk. They also couldn’t do the ultrasound because they didn’t have access to the machines or computers. They don’t even know when the systems will be up again. They didn’t even had the courtesy to CALL beforehand to let us know not to come. I recommend to find another more professional company to do any screening you might need."

"If I could give this place a zero I definitely would. I have never seen such bad bedside manner in my life. We had an appointment at 1 clock today and the ultrasound technician came and and told us it was policy that only one other person could come in the room leaving our 8 year old in the lobby. I told her we would absolutely not leave our 8 year old in the lobby and we would not choose which one would come back into the room. At 20 weeks of pregnancy we had our first ultrasound and we called ahead and they told us it was ok to have my wife, me and my daughter in the room. This experience was horrible to begin with because the lady said maybe 3 words to us and wouldn’t even confirm boy or girl. Keep in mind, finding out the gender of your baby is suppose to be an exciting time for your family. Not a traumatic bland experience. Today when had our 1pm appointment we had a different technician and she was incredibly rude and said it was policy only one person could join. I politely told her they need to stick to the policy all the time and not just sometimes. If you hate your job find another one. Point blank, the end!!! We asked for our money back and left! Technicians like this could bring a business down tremendously!"
