"Service was prompt and friendly!!!"

"Support staff ie phone support here is incompetent and rude. I tried to ask a question for 3 minutes, all the while the person on the phone just kept speaking over me. Train your people better:"

"This is the second time I've used them and I got to say it, really professional people very nice receptionist and the technician and that I had for my MRI was really great very professional. My appointment was exactly when they said it would be. And being a self-pay I had a very good price that was very affordable and I will be using them again as I need to refresh my MRIs every 3 years."

"Had to argue about appointments that were cancelled, but not by me, they argue that I did..why would I argue about an appointment if I cancelled it???"

"Only location performing the procedure needed, drove more than an hour to get there call saying I was going to be there in 5 min, because it was the appt time already, this lady answered and said “no problem thank you for letting us know “ and when I got there “ probably it was a lady from the call center and she didn’t say anything, you have to reschedule” really? The definitely need to improve. I don’t mind if on the phone they tell me I have to reschedule, but they said no problem I got there and they made me reschedule, totally unprofessional."
