"Chasity is very patient and nice. She made sure my dad was taken care of. And I thank them."
"I would like to make a formal apology to the employees at Cross shores Care center. I was very distraught with my mother passed away and I said some pretty nasty things whenever I gave my review. My mother was there for a pretty long time and she never really had any complaints please forgive me and grief will there's lots of stages of grief and although I'm far from through grieving I'm over the anger part. Please disregard any nasty ugly thing that I may have said about cross shores. Thank you very much for taking care of my mama"
"My mother was a resident at this facility for a little over 3 years she walked in there with a cut on her foot and some kind of scalp problem in her head on her head. At the end of the three years before she passed away she was being spoon-fed and I think hooked up to all kinds of machines taking shots this is how much she digressed in this place. At first everybody seemed friendly seemed to really care about her something changed and I'm not sure what I tried to have her move repeatedly and the secretary pretty much refused to send the paperwork I tried at least three times in a year and never could get anywhere. Beware if you let your family into this facility just enter at your own risk cuz they may never come out.. I am thinking about getting some kind of legal help as far as this facility is concerned. She asked repeatedly to be transferred out of there and they pretty much just a refused to do so. I even had doctors contact them and they could never come up with any paperwork about her medical history and she had been there for over two and a half years I have a lot of concerns with this facility this facility should really just be shut down. There might have been one or two nurses the entire time my mother was there that I trusted enough to even really talk to."
"They are not the company that I thought it was. They are liers and deceivers. If you have any love ones there dig deeper. If you truly love them this is not the place for them. They said I resigned but I didn't! They also sent the police to my apartment with a no trespassing warrant. I couldn't believe it. I did nothing wrong. I'm loved by my coworkers, most of all my residents. The family members love me as well. It's the head departments giving the company a bad name. Red Flag!"
