"Dr Snellgrove is an excellent chiropractor and he deserves 5 stars. However I have had nothing but rudeness from the receptionist in charge. She continues to over charge on my copayment. My copayment is only $10 but she charges $20. I have tried multiple times trying to explain to her. Even had my insurance co call to explain to her and she refused to take calls. If she is doing it to me she must be doing it to others. I will continue to go for chiro care but have contacted an attorney for options since she lacks communication skills to get resolved…….approximately 2-3 hours after writing this review I was called and they have now corrected it to $10 co payment. It’s great that they have resolved the matter. However no one should experience the rudeness and disrespect to even look into the matter as if it was just too much to do. Not even an apology."
