"Where do I start without disclosing too much? My daughter was a patient of Dr. Wrennick & upon my suggestion changed to a different practice for her pregnancy. Upon reviewing records, my daughter was informed of several test results she had no idea about that were pertinent to her future health. She was also informed of things on her record that were impossible to detect without procedures she’d never had. This doctor had knowledge of decisions my daughter had made to terminate a previous pregnancy and judged her based on those decisions. This is the only reason I can think of why she would have treated her the way he has. She said things to my daughter to that effect which is why I recommend a change of doctor to begin with. so the discoveries on her records by the new doctor confirm that Dr. Wrennick not only withheld pertinent information about my daughters health, she openly judges her patients and bases her care on emotions without regard to her responsibility to provide care and with no compassion. I’m grateful we recognized this when we did so my daughter can get the care and informed consent she deserves."
"Disclaimer: This review is based off of several encounters with the front desk representative at Dr. Wrennick’s office and enough is enough! If I could give her specifically a 0 I would! My wife is currently 6 month’s pregnant with our first child, so you can imagine we’ve had several appointments, test, ultrasounds etc., by now. Well, I am not sure what exactly the girl at check in has going on, but it is clearly affecting her ability remain professional and courteous. Pregnancy is stressful as is, especially when it’s your first, so the last thing you want is to be stressed out going into an appointment. I’m pretty sure my wife’s BP goes up as soon as she enters that office. We are not sure what her issue is and we have addressed it with her, but the attitude and unprofessionalism has to stop. I would like to think that a facility that states CORE VALUES such as, accountability, compassion, empathy, excellence, quality and RESPECT, would certainly have held her accountable by now. I am in the healthcare field as well and recognize this is a difficult and uncertain time, but that is no excuse for the lack of compassion and respect this girl has and has affected my wife’s quality of care! Love all the Drs and clinical staff but they should hold higher standards for person representing the office as the first and last encounter."
"I have been going to Dr. Wrennick for about 3 years. She is easy and approachable as well as knowledgeable and caring. The staff are polite and caring as well. I have recommended several people to her and they shared they had the same experiences."
"(Addition: I couldn't change the doctor office ended up delivering my baby with them. My overall experience is really bad! They think they have the right to be mean. Office workers may yell at you be prepared!!! They do their job like they are delivering cows at a cow farm. You can definitely tell they dont care about you and worry about being sued and be mean to you and blame you for any single thing. Weird attitudes overall. I liked Dr. Austin and Amy. But the overall system at the office is TEREIBLE.) I am 6 months pregnant and there 4 doctors and 2 assistants taking care of patients. Every time I go for check up, I see a different person which is not a ideal condition for a pregnant woman. But still, doctors are very nice and helpful. They also have you sign some payment plan papers by being super nice then try to get the whole payment 4 months before your delivery (doesn't make sense) Anyways I signed those papers by saying I will be switching a better insurance plan. They said "Ok, we will prepare another plan that time but they didn't and ask me to pay $2500 without giving heads up at the day of my next appointment. When I ask for a new payment plan paper, I don't know her name but she gives the appointments at the back I think, started to scream at me over the phone and turned it like she was literally fighting with me over the phone maybe because of her prior frustrations with someone else. Because I believe I have the right to ask for the documents before paying thousand dollars right away!!!!!! She gave me all kind of stress eith her mean voice tone and it is not good for the baby. What an office! My bad.... selecting and trusting them! Now I want to change my doctor. Let's see what is waiting for me... I am just sad... Terrible people with an unprofessional attitude!"
"Dr. Wrennick is professional and personal! As her patient she makes me feel very comfortable to ask any question. I would highly recommend her!"
