"I absolutely adore Dr Quiñones! I’m not sure about the previous low ratings but I have been with her since I got pregnant with my first and only child seven years ago. She is so sweet, she does answer any questions I give her (no matter how outrageous), and she does take her time. The front staff is quiet but pleasant. Migdalia deserves a raise!! She has seen me since ever since I was knocked up and is always so dang sweet and funny! This office is lucky to have her. Still awesome that Dr Rebenack is still practicing! He is the most sweetest man on the planet. Even if you saw him once or twice during your pregnancy, after you have your baby, you will see him during your stay at St Vincent’s. Excellent bedside manner for both providers! Absolutely love you all and absolutely appreciate the kindness you show. If I ever decide to stop sleeping, I will definitely be back to this office for my second pregnancy. Lol thank you staff and providers!"

"I was charged a “complex visit” for saying my background and plans for the future on my first visit.. (And I repeat, FIRST VISIT) Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff is rude and they take advantage of patients. If you go here, make sure you are someone that has no intentions to get to know your doctor and vice versa. Don’t say anything about you because she will twist it all up and find a way to charge you. You can’t be nice nowadays."

"Staff is so rude, they re unhelpful, if you are uninsured don't waist your time going there, they don't take self paid patients, even when they say they do. Dr. Quinones took a whole week to review my papers, even though they said it would only take 2 days, I had to call them several times and yes, every single time I called they were really rude."

"Dr. Quinones is wonderful. She takes the time to listen to all of my concerns and makes me feel very comfortable. The receptionists on the other hand not very friendly. If I didn't like Dr. Quinones so much I wouldn't return as seeing their attitudes is not very welcoming at all. It's ridiculous because that is one place that should have excellent customer service and they should be kind as these appointments can be stressful as it is."

They were all pleasant and very accommodating. Ultimately, I found out I needed surgery. I found out that Dr. Quinones is a skilled surgeon with the added benefit of having a wonderful bedside manner. She listens, is responsive and truly cares about her patients.
