"Every appointment is done with ease. All the staff are extremely professional and welcoming. When it comes to my visits with Dr. Kuester she is amazing. Always excellent service, she addresses all my concerns and issues, and she always gives me white glove professionalism. I drive an hour and twenty minutes to make sure I can see my her, no one else but her. As long as she is in the profession she will remain my OB-GYN."

"This is an update to my previous review at this office. I received a letter of dismissal as a patient yesterday 11/6. If you don't value your time, then by all means choose this office. I was able to schedule an appointment with the Doctor and then the Letter. It's ok. I was already thinking about going somewhere else. Don't be offended because I question the wait time. Who wants to wait almost 2hrs to be seen and then told "I'll take whatever time is necessary with each patient to answer any and all questions until they're comfortable". You're given an appointment time for a reason. I was not at the ER to wait that long. You should be able to value each patients time and their well-being at the same time. The wait time is horrible. They need more staff. I never met the Doctor. Not even an introduction at my appointment. I'm going back and forth with the nurse practitioner."

"Everything and everybody were very friendly and understanding due to the situation I was in, they even helped me save money when I was paying out of pocket at the time because they didn’t want to overcharge me all at once. My doctor Melissa Adams was AMAZING , she did everything she felt was right and definitely looks out for her patients ! I love that I can go there and everybody is friendly and very caring , definitely deserves a 5 star rating !!"
