"I’m very happy with this place. I love that it’s an all women practice. I was nervous given previous experiences in general with Drs in the past dismissing my concerns, HOWEVER my experience at this location has been great. Everyone is wonderful. Dr. Felicia Fox was amazing. She listens, is thorough and made a very stressful period in my life so much better, and we found actual answers to my problems. I’m so thankful!"
"Dr. Caldow has been my OBGYN for 8 hours, Dr. Porter delivered our first baby in May. Wonderful, proactive doctors that my husband and I are thankful for. We highly recommend the practice."
"So, these people are very unprofessional, they over charge, but don’t give good care. I was here 6 months pregnant when I finally got tired of the nonsense. My insurance was paying full amount & they were still charging me a copay. I found out when they told me I owed the whole amount & that I haven’t reached my deductible! I called my insurance & they said no copay! When I found out I had to make them credit my account. I had to drive 2 hours to appointments because my job was in the opposite direction. These people would not sign my Fmla papers to give me a day off for appointments. They wanted to give me only 4 hours & swore that’s all they allowed. I had to talk to different nurses & Drs to sign for 1/ day off a month for appointments. But they even claimed they couldn’t Give me FMLA until I was over 3 months & went to a certain 1st trimester appointment. I had already been there 2 months! Ridiculous! They gave me a list of all the appointments that I would have until the baby was born. They charged me for 2 ultrasounds, in one day, when the vaginal ultrasound was not even on the plan they gave. I started having back trouble at 4 months & was calling every week to go in. I worked at a warehouse lifting up to 65 lbs & they knew it. They would not take me off work. I never would see the same obgyn, even on appointment days. I saw the Dr. Anne something,Who was on my paperwork maybe 3 times in 6 months. When they referred me to a primary care Dr, he took me of work until I had my baby because I had inflammation in my back. Now, the crazy thing about this is Dr. Kohaut said she felt inflammation there but never took me off. That’s not all. How about these people want there appointment copays & delivery fees up front. If you don’t pay by the 6th month, they release you in the middle of care. But I had to continue to call for a whole month to get a refund! So think, even though I paid ahead of time they still sent me a bill for the ultrasound that was not on the plan. People, unless you just want to give your money away to people that won’t even take care of their patients, don’t go here! To Faben, it took me a minute to complain, but I haven’t forgotten. You are unprofessional on every level. Do better."
"I read all the reviews, did the research prior to my first appointment. Had a good first appointment but past that it has been nothing but down hill. Some things I wanted to highlight on to hope they change for future patients. First problem I had was with the Telehealth appointment, no one informed me that you have to be available by your phone for a three hour window. I work full-time and this is challenging to schedule on top of a regular appointment the following day. So please inform people so that they can plan accordingly the only way I found out was when I called the office because the provider hadn't called me. Next the "bedside manner" of some of the providers is absolutely horrible. I have a unique situation with this pregnancy and a provider came in to tell me about another patient that had a similar situation and this patients ending to the story ended badly. So being a first time mom this is very alarming to hear. Then during that same appointment I was told that I needed to get bloodwork completed, however they never gave me a script, or told me anything regarding the bloodwork besides "you have to get it done". Again first time mom, and new to the area and after I ask where do I go or do I need anything to get the bloodwork done to be ignored by the nurse and doctor. I also brought up about concerns of my online "health record" and have been brushed off about that too. My final straw with this office, I called to cancel an appointment due to getting back recently back from an area that is heavily affected by coronavirus (they have had rising cases while I was there). So I felt its best to cancel and come when I can confirm that I have no symptoms. The nurse decided to tell me that if I do not come in for the appointment I will be dismissed as a patient. So by thinking of the staff and others who walk into the office I will be dismissed? But you folks aren't all about the money could have fooled me. Then while on the phone I had questions regarding the ultrasound dating and wanted to speak with a provider regarding my concerns or even to have them look over my records again. The nurse told me that would require me to come in and speak in person. Understandable, but again given that I am requesting to push the appointment back due to any possibility of exposure I wish a Telehealth appt would have been offered but it hasn't been. Overall the appointments besides my first appointment have felt rushed, lacking information for a first time mom. I'm switching OB offices for the remainder of my pregnancy something I never imagined doing once finding out I'm pregnant but I need a provider that cares about first time moms and doesn't just brush them off. Best of luck to anyone who still tries them out, don't settle for lacking care."
"This is the worst OBGYN that I’ve ever been too! The whole staff is unprofessional, they over charge SO MAKE SURE THAT U LOOK AT YOUR EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS. And after they over charge u & you set up pay arrangements even if your account is in good stand with your payment arrangements they tell u that u can’t come back until you balance is paid in full. The doctors NEVER CALL U BACK TO DISCUSS ANY TEST RESULTS! The staff behind the front desk is unprofessional & talk every that they shouldn’t in front of the patients. DON’T CHOOSE FABEN!!!! Run!!!"
