"We were sat closest to the kitchen and it was very loud (laughing, loud talking, some glass shattering). I had to send my plate back (sliders were burnt). Waiter never periodically came to check if everything was OK. The kitchen was a mess, which felt like a dirty dining experience. Meanwhile another customer is complaining to restaurant manager about getting no service for over 30min at their table. The only thing I liked was the cheesecake."
