"Have been trying to cancel the homeowners insurance for 6 months and they keep saying make a payment and we will cancel the policy. We have made 6 months of payments and called to cancel each. We keep getting bills each month and called each month and still it is not cancelled! We are seniors and live on a fixed income and can not afford the premiums. Am stopping payments and not going to pay anymore as this is not a reputable company and no one should do business with them!!! Clearly they don’t care about their customers!"

They claim they are able to be used everywhere for repairs but they are on a list of third party warranty companies that dealerships will not work with. So now I have to pay full price for a repair they said is covered in their contract instead of only having to pay the deductible. "These folks are mailing, or administering the mailing of bogus auto warranty letters. They'll send you a "final notice" a dozen times, and impersonate the IRS envelope look and feel to make the mailer seem urgent. So scummy."

"Purchased a sofa from Rooms To Go with insurance via 4 warranty Corp/Lyndon Southern Insurance Company. Contract clearly states what is covered, filed a claim and nobody got back to me for months, then contacted company via website only to be sent an email asking me to call them. I called them and the rep didn't help, he explained that they cannot come to my home to clean my sofa as per contract because my sofa is a dark color and you can't see the stain clearly....even though he has never seen my sofa himself. This is a scam, total waste of money. Avoid at all costs!"
