"This office has the worst customer service. from the receptionist ( Susel) ( Denise) to the manager ( Maria). When they go to sell you they treat you very well. Then when you need something urgent they hide. Nobody shows his face. They sell you a service they don't have. And they accommodate the certificates at your convenience. A lot of time is wasted trying to get a certificate well done. They should improve if they want to have constant customers. But I see that they are not professionals in what they do."

"Worst customer service ever. Double charge of $895.00 twice in the same month. Policy change without my consent, used a finance company out of miami ( standard premium finance ) wich i specifically asked NOT to use, made payments to the agent in charge of my policy ((((Debbie Ford))))) on time and payments were delayed to the insurance company (Progressive) on numerous times causing the policy to be in need of reinstatement and finally after several times cancelled by progressive for non-payment. IF YOU NEED A COMMERCIAL POLICY STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE."

"I just got this insurance 8-28-2018 and the policy has been incorrect since day 1! The service is horrible and the supposedly Supervisor will not come to the phone! I will continue to complain until my policy is as I requested. This is untrustworthy actions!!! If I could submit this without a star I would!!!! Horrible Horrible untrusting service!!!!!!"
