I purchased a new vehicle last week and during the process was advised that the new car must be insured in Florida and not included on my Allstate New York policy. I called Thomas' agency at 5:30PM on a Saturday from the dealer and within 30 minutes I had a new Florida policy and drove my new car off the lot! I have been an Allstate customer with the Frank Campo Agency in Hastings-on Hudson, New York for over 30 years and they aren't kidding when they say "you're in good hands with Allstate.""

"I needed to make changes to my home owners policy that had gone up more than triple. I stopped into the office and was assured the changes I wanted would be easy and swiftly handled. I called back repeatedly and was assured over and over that everything would be corrected before my renewal. I called the day before my renewal and was told they wouldn't be able to help me. I ended up canceling my policy and going with another agency."

"Not even one star worthy. We have attempted to call, email, show up at the office since June. They are MIA. They did not submit the requested documentation to our homeowners insurance company, like they were supposed to back in APRIL. We didn’t realize it until we started getting cancellation notices from the company. Now we are the ones submitting everything, scrambling, trying to make sure we are covered when this is something that this Allstate office assured us they would do. They completely dropped the ball. We have repeatedly left messages and have yet to receive a return phone call from them. You are in fact NOT in “good hands” with this agent."

"Ever since they switched over from the previous owner I have not been impressed. They close throughout the year for weeks at a time, answering machine says they will reopen on certain date and they don’t. Communication isn’t great, rarely when you call do you get someone on the phone and it takes awhile for them to get back to you, if they do. I made an apt one day and it was supposed to be with a certain lady they told me and when I got there (which I had to make it work for them and their time) got there only to find out the lady had to leave for the day so I had to meet with Katiy, who was awesome, but she has no knowledge of meeting with me and I had to wait at least a half hour cause she was with another customer. So I inconvenienced myself for nothing! After calling and calling and no answer or return regarding a pressing matter I called another local agency with Allstate and they picked up on the first call. I will be switching Allstate agencies due to such poor business."
