"Does not return calls...I started calling weekly and sometimes daily 2 months before my insurance was expiring and never was called back. I went with another company, had my quote and binder in 2 days. NOW I find out Southern Fidelity has gone belly up and I wonder if Rick at McGriff knew and just didn't care. The letter from Florida Insurance Guaranty says call your agent, I tried (I should have a refund coming) and the 800 number says office temporarily closed and St Pete number says leave a message. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....you will regret it"
"I'm a customer of 5+ Years, Soon to be Ex-Customer. They do NOT return emails or phone calls, this is not a new problem, but when you've tried to contact them for 2+ months and emailed numerous people and left voicemail messages to numerous people and still no answer, its time to switch to someone i can get on the phone EVERYTIME I call. Obviously no management at McGruff, No Excuse for this! And I'm now paying only $1 more for $70k more in home coverage, they had me under-covered and i'm getting 15% off my car insurance with new company, that's minus $50/month."
