"I have been a longtime Allstate customer in IL and recently moved to FL and needed to transfer my auto and umbrella policies, as well as secure new homeowners insurance. I had a very poor experience with Nancy, who was extremely unprofessional. I was then transitioned to Blair, who has not returned emails or calls about my umbrella policy. I am disappointed with my overall experience with this agency and would not recommend. EDIT: Since my original review, Helen called me and has personally handled all of my needs with professionalism and care. I have updated my review from 2 stars to 4. If only her entire team was as thorough and service oriented as she is!"
"Such a waste of time reaching out to them. They were recommend by a buddy. I met with the owner Helen for about 30 mins. Gave her copies of all my current policy's. She told me to email her some additional information, I did but never received a response from her at all. I called, no return call. So unprofessional and such a waste of time. If you don't want the business you should not ask a potential client to come in and should simply do a phone conversation, I wasted my time in printing all my policy's and taking the time out of my schedule to go into your office and can't even get a return phone call."
