"I did call. And the customer service was amazing the young lady on the phone I believe her name was Beth. I could be mistaken I hope I'm not but she was very polite and she researched my policy to check and see if something was covered and it was and so I'm just grateful and thankful that she was there when I called and she told me she would call me back and she did. So I'm going to highly recommend this Allstate office."
"Ryan Harter is an awesome agent. Very friendly and responsive. His rates were lower than any other major I tired. His rates allowed me to get my dream car, otherwise it would have been too costly. I added my camper with 2 messages on Facebook messenger and changed my old truck with my new one with one."
"A 5 star isn’t enough for Ryan and his team here at Allstate! I was in an accident back in 2016 and couldn’t afford my deductible at the time. After saving my money I reached out to Ryan and he helped me out tramendously! Kelly Collins in claims was very helpful understanding my situation and helped me find a local shop that can get my car fixed! I highly recommend these group of individuals for any insurance needs! They definitely put the customer first and are in good hands!"
"Needed some extensive questions answered about multiple policies. So I decided to call Mr. Harter and his agency to get some advice on the subject. They could not have been any more helpful. Answered every single question I had in clear and concise detail."
"Business Review: I want to first say I am NOT doing this because I used to work there and feel bad about not working for Ryan Harter Allstate anymore. I make more, get treated better and am so happy where I've been working. I will say this though... when I worked for that agency for TWO YEARS the Allstate guidelines were simple! Do NOT turn away a customer who walks in to report a claim and tell them to call the 1-800 Number. The front desk receptionist Tina Kinsella would not help my mother after her car was severely damaged by an idiot yesterday just told her she doesn't know how to file the claim and referred her to the 1-800 #. That is not how the process goes there and I have to say that if they have an issue with her being helped because she is my mother than they should not be so willing to collect her money. Way to go Ryan Harter. What a replacement. Even Vicki Fleiner knows that was a cardinal rule at Allstate. We ENTERED the claim and the adjuster determined whether or not comp or collision. Ms Tina wrote me on Facebook a quite lengthly opinion after I caught their office accessing my emails and Facebook and info I was promised was deleted off my computer.... Anyways... they use a system and it has a red flag that she is my mother and was turned away. A CUSTOMER. She went to that office for guidance. To her "trusted advisors" and was referred to a phone. It's one thing the way I was treated by the new owner Mr. Harter but for the whole agency to turn my mother away when she had questions and referred her to a number what are you guys really doing? You have one RCSR up front to help with customer service. An office manager for what she cannot do. And two Sales associates and an owner in there that ALL know how to handle the entering of this type of claim and she was sent out but yet you think you'll still be collecting her money? I think not. My Mother was keeping her business with your agency despite everything... and you've officially lost all of her policies. She is shopping now and does not want a phone call either. She just called me to tell me about her unsatisfactory experience and that won't be her only call. And please note: I had no play in this. But I think it's terrible to have someone sitting at the front desk not doing their job. That is just WRONG and I did tell her to report it to Allstate. Do not bother calling her to patch this up Ryan Harter . She's made her decision. Shame on your office. The Ordway's NEVER handled things that way."
