"Worst shoe store I’ve ever been to. The employees are rude! I placed an order a week ago, they specifically told me that I will get the order before Christmas and today is 2 days before Christmas and I still haven’t received anything. When I called the store to see why I haven’t received my order, the guy told me the store has nothing to do with my order. He was extremely rude on the phone. Now my kids are waiting for those shoes for Christmas and I won’t be able to give that to them! Shame on you guys and I won’t ever return to that store. If I could give you 0 star I would."

"Honestly rude service all together. First i call to make sure a product is in stock before coming and they rudely tell me there busy and need to look online myself. Like i understand if your busy but it doesn’t take very long to double check. Then when i get there, the cashier just signs me up for a member ship without even asking me if i wanted to and on top of that does the survey at the end of the transaction for herself and doesn’t even let me review myself. If the ratings are so high it’s because they constantly are doing it themselves like literally pressing the button before you can even make a decision. So unprofessional and rude. usually don’t even do reviews but this was just so annoyingly unprofessional. Cashiers numbers below. Learn to customer service the right way truly unbelievable."

"Absolutely fantastic place. The staff were top notch and I will give them 10 out of 10 they were falling over themselves to be helpful. Refreshingly they were very knowledgeable about both the fashion aspects of speakers and the technical aspects of running. The shop also has a very nice basketball specialist store attached. If you're looking for fantastic service buying a pair of sneakers look no further."
