"Great as far as the coverage you get for your premium. Extremely slow to pay. I had to pay for my dental visit out of pocket and 3 months later I still don’t know anything about my claim other than it was submitted. They were bought by Aflac and I have received zero help to be able to log in to the portal to see my claims. Each time I have called them about getting access to the portal to be able to at least see my claims im told that they will get back to me in 10-14 business days."

"I have been trying to get claims paid since 2022. When I call half the time they can't find me then the other half they can't find my claim and ask to send it again. I have re-sent it 5-6 times as well as my dentist sending it multiple times. If ever offered this insurance I will never take it. They've paid nothing but I certainly paid every paycheck for the insurance."

"There is no way to EVER get a hold of a representative. After holding for over 3 hours, I got a survey, instead of a representative, to which I gave a 0 to everything. They don't pay for claims and are unreachable. I wish I could give a 0 star. Not worth the one star necessary to write a review."

"This company is totally incompetent! I have been trying to get reimbursed for a service done in February of 2023. It is now December of 2023 and still nothing! I can not get a hold of anyone and the representative I have seems to have ZERO concern or ambition to try and get anything done about it. I have been told 4 different times that the claim was being processed just to find out that was a lie. If I could give negative stars, I most definitely would! DO NOT BECOME A CUSTOMER OF THIERS!"

"Consumers/Buyers/Employers and Employees BEWARE! This "insurance" is affiliated with AFLAC and they will not pay claims, answer phones or return messages. It has been so frustrating for our office to get answers on pending claims for our patients. They are great at selling you the insurance but after that they are ghosts! Google them! They have a lot of very bad reviews and it should be illegal for them to be in the insurance business!"
