Talked over & refused to accept responsibility on their end. Laughed at my complaint & only pushed all blame off on the other parties involved. I DO NOT recommend. Some helpful customer service tips.. 1. Don’t hang up on the customer 2. Don’t talk over the customer 3.Accept responsibility for your part 4. Help the customer Most issues in major corporations these days are that they refuse to accept blame, you definitely are not the major part of my issue but are definitely the ROOT CAUSE. Do better"

I was really frustrated with the recent price increase in my insurance coverage. I was at my wits end. However, I spoke with Brittany and she was not only able to explain my policy coverages and how they work but she was able to work with me and get my rates down to a manageable cost.
