"At the beginning of December 2023, I signed up for an insurance contract with this company with a plan of $1,650 per month, effective January 1, 2024. But after 1 week I found out that I am entitled to health insurance as a member of a military family member. I personally arrived on December 22 at this office and asked to cancel the contract as not coming into force and to return my money. The office specialist agreed to do this, since there were and are no legal grounds for the refusal. I was promised that within 10 days the Check would be delivered to me by mail. I'm still waiting. I personally came to this office 3 times, where I heard nothing but promises of a refund. The office has taken my money and is unwilling to return it, which is illegal and intentional given my repeated requests to them."

"I’m a blue cross blue shield local client.I went into the town center Dec 11th.I told two ladies at the front behind the desk.Who I have meet before going there.I told them I want to compare three different plans and that was it.She said you need a salesperson to do that.I waited for like 20 mins and Sabrina Clement said I can help you.I went back to her work area.I told I only want to compare 3 different plans and it is the market place.She said ok and she went into Marketplace and she changed my application to where she is the agent and did not go through any of the application but address and birthday.She submitted my application WITHOUT my permission!!She said you will have to go through me now.I said no!I had to go back to marketplace and change my application and I took her off as agent!!I have reported to market of this fraudulent activity!I will also go to the state of Fl and also Fl Blue corporate.I will NOT be forced to have a agent and made it clear what I wanted to do going in your facility.This is ABSOLUTELY ABUSIVE and not acceptable."

I lost close to $1000.00 thus far. I tried calling FL BLUE customer service but they refuse to refund me and refuse to cancel anything. I have contacted the state attorney generals office due to FL BLUE's fraudulent actions."
