"Office staff makes using this clinic a nightmare there is a huge language barrier where you can tell the staff I cannot come in I am in a lot of pain and having trouble getting around and they will insist you come in that day completely ignoring your objections then when you come in as they demanded they say you are there at the wrong time and should have come in the morning after telling you on the phone the afternoon. The hours in the website aren’t the same as what they tell you in the phone so never really sure if you are going to be seen when you come in and the medical staff always seems overworked and confused as to what to do next because they have so much going on If you have the option of going anywhere else do it"
