"I have had the pleasure of working with Natalie for over 5 years. She is one of the the few clinicians that I refer my clients to because I trust her work, her ethics and her all around professionalism. She works collaboratively with me and Makes the process of referring to her seamless."
"Natalie Jimenez is a great life coach and support. She is an amazing professional who cares a lot about her clients and give the best of her services. I recommend her 100%."
"In these difficult moments that we have gone through, Natalie has been a great support. Her counseling services, life coaching and self-help routines have been crucial to me in order to maintain a healthy mind and a positive attitude in the face of so many challenging times. What I most admire is her professionalism, her knowledge of the subject in question and above all her calming personality. Thank you Natalie !"
"For years, she’s been a constant rock. Very thorough and practical with everything she does, and when she sees an opportunity for improvement, she’s on it. Her perspective is very valuable and can be eye-opening. But there’s no question, it’s careful and analyzed insight."
"It takes a lot for immigrant Latinx adults to seek out counseling due to mental health stigma, pricing, language barriers, lack of trust, and fear. There are many barriers for BIPOC communities to access mental health services; specially during COVID times, when everything has become virtual. I was disappointed with the way Natalie handled services with my parents. My mom had taken off work to attend a first appointment, she had been unable to send some assessments needed before the session because she didn’t understand how she should send it and she didn’t ask for help thinking she could address it during the first session. There was no communication from Natalie that the appointment had been cancelled due to my parents inability to send these assessments, and there was no response from her when my parents reached out to her at the time of appointment. They had been waiting for the appointment to start, no call, no text to say “appointment is canceled”. As a counselor, I understand the need to create boundaries that help us with burnout and I also understand the barriers older immigrant adults have when accessing mental health services and the challenges in communicating with different populations of different educational levels. We adjust our practice depending on the need of the population we serve, this experience has been discouraging to my parents and very disappointing."
