"This place has gone way downhill. I went to get shoes and the section was destroyed. Boxes and shoes all over the floor. Clothes on the shelves. None of the display shoes matched the boxes beneath them. And when I went to talk to customer service and let them know a MANAGER said “it’s Christmas in retail deal with it” ever since Kohl’s started catering to younger people the quality and customer service has tanked. I won’t go back"
