Three minute appointments and If you already know what you need than this is your guy but if you need help go somewhere else. Im not writing this in the heat of the moment, after feeling wronged. Im writing this after being actually helped by real professionals wanting to warn others not to settle because your mental health is important."

"I want to start this review by saying that my therapist Jim was great never had an issue. My issue is with the office policies and manager Kathy. I was referred to this office by my physician. When I called to give my information and set up my first appointment I was told that I have to give a $100 deposit "just in case I missed an appointment" even though my insurance paid 100 percent. I had never heard of this before and it should have been a red flag, but I trusted the office. I was told that the deposit would be returned upon completion of my therapy. I never received a call from the office; weeks after I completed my therapy, so I gave them a call to check on the status of my deposit refund. I was told by the office manager on 10-3-23 that I would be issued a bank check from truist by 10-11-23. Weeks went by and no check when I called to inquire on the situation. I was given the run around on several occasions. Kathy even emailed me a " bank receipt " that had no verifiable information. I was told to call back Monday which I did and received no answer. I sent an email requesting a check number and receives no response. Finally today I got ahold of Kathy and I was greeted with a bad attitude as if I'm annoying her and was told "it's in the doctors hands" with no time table. This is ridiculous, people come to your office for help not to have our hard earned money played with and intelligence insulted. This place even tried to charge me $250 to fill out FMLA paperwork. At this point, I have little hope of receiving my deposit back and I will report this office to every agency that will listen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS!!!"

"I have been in this facility since December 2020, I have never had a complaint, I was sad to see a few negative comments below. I have been treated with respect, I am always listened to. I love my practitioner. She listens , but also gets to the point. My therapist, boy she is awesome!! Please note that these doctors, specially the nurse practitioners work on a timed schedule... You have to be prepared to tell them quickly what works and what doesn't. So they can help you. If you sit there to nag.. about personal problems, then Unfortunately I can see why some of you think they are reprimanding you or not listening. Your therapist can here your nag and personal issues.. your practitioner is there to see how the medication is helping! And if you see Dr. Mazzrna he just makes changes accordingly for your practitioner to follow. Not so you can call him all day to say it's not working! Call your practitioner! He has been Nothing but Nice and helpful! I love this place, and I will continue to go as long as I can!"

"Doctor Mazzorana and his Staff have changed my mind about how I feel to see a psychiatrist. I have been in Institutions in other States and I feel the quality care and professional knowledge of medicine are helping turn my situation around. It is the holiday season and I am not crying. I have faith in Doctor Mazzorana and hope if my family situation ever changes that his office is there to help me."
